- Do you offer gift wrap? We don’t currently offer gift wrap, but all photos are sent in a hard-backed envelope and in a waterproof protective sleeve to keep them safe and secure.
- What if my photo is low quality? We’ll reach out if anything needs replacing for best results.
- Is delivery included? Yes — Free Tracked 48hr delivery is included with every order, you’ll receive tracker updates via email and text, so you can follow its journey to your door.
