Digital Artwork Turnaround

Free Turnaround Included in Every Order!

We aim to send the finished version of your custom portrait to your email or inbox within 2 to 3 working days after we get your order and your photos. Many orders are finished much quicker than this.

We keep our setup fast so we can support those meaningful, last-minute gifts whether it's a surprise for a birthday, anniversary, Valentine's Day, or any moment when you realise how perfect this would be right now. Your cherished blended memory shouldn't have to wait.

Payment & Watermark Guidelines

If the photos you send are good quality to begin with, you must pay in full before we make the final clean picture. If your photos are poor quality, we may send you the finished picture with a watermark over it first. If you like the look of the portrait, you can just save it directly to your device. We will send the final clean picture without the watermark once you have paid. When you are happy with the picture, it is delivered as a high-resolution, print-ready file at 300 DPI.

Because our products are digital files sent straight to your phone or computer, we do not post any physical items to your house — this is a digital-only service.

We do not give refunds if you assume you are getting a physical print, as our website titles and product names are very clear, and we state it is a digital product in multiple places across our website, including our FAQs page.

How It Works

  • Place your order and upload your photos securely at checkout (if you do not have the photos to hand once you've placed your order you can email them to samantha@blendedmoments.co.uk).
  • We start work right away.
  • All communication and final delivery happen directly via email attachment or secure inbox messaging using the details provided at checkout.

Please double check your email is correct and keep an eye on your inbox (including spam/junk folders). Blended Moments is not responsible for any technical issues on your end regarding email filters or file download issues.
