Digital Artwork Turnaround

Fast Digital Turnaround Included with Every Order

Your first preview is usually ready within 2–3 working days, often sooner, after we receive your order and suitable photographs.

We know many Blended Moments portraits are created for meaningful occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and special family moments, so we aim to make the process as simple and efficient as possible.

Payment & Photo Quality

Payment is taken when you place your order. Once we receive your photographs, we will check that they are suitable for creating your portrait.

If we believe one or more photographs may not produce a suitable result, we will contact you and ask whether you can provide alternative photographs.

Where possible, we will work with alternative photographs you provide. If suitable photographs cannot be provided and we are unable to create your portrait to an acceptable standard, we will refund your order.

If you choose to proceed with lower-quality photographs after we have explained the possible limitations, the final result may be affected by the quality of the original images.

Unlimited reasonable revisions are included before final approval. Once you are happy with your portrait, your finished high-resolution digital file will be delivered directly to your email.

Your portrait is supplied as a high-resolution, print-ready digital file. Please be aware that colours, brightness, contrast and overall appearance may vary slightly between screens, printers, paper types and third-party printing services.

Please note: Blended Moments provides a digital-only service. No physical print, frame, canvas or other item will be posted to you.

How It Works

  • Place your order through our website.
  • After ordering, email your photographs to samantha@blendedmoments.co.uk
  • We check your photographs and begin creating your portrait.
  • Your first preview is usually ready within 2–3 working days, often sooner.
  • You can request unlimited reasonable revisions before final approval.
  • Your final high-resolution digital file is delivered directly by email.
