Step 1: Upload & Selection

Once you place your order, you upload the photos you’d like us to merge. We review them carefully to ensure they’ll work well together, and if there are any issues with clarity or quality, we’ll contact you right away to request better alternatives.

Step 2: Planning

This is where the creative work begins. We carefully study each photo you send and decide the best way to bring them together. Individuals are positioned so the group feels natural, with attention to posture, expressions, and how everyone fits within the frame. Our goal is to design a portrait that looks like it could have been taken in one moment.

Step 3: Fine Retouching

Once the positions are in place, we refine every detail. Colours are balanced, lighting and shadows are adjusted. We add delicate hand-drawn shading and extra-fine detail right down to hair strands and fabric, so the portrait feels lifelike and authentic.

Step 4: Your Preview

We email you a high-resolution digital preview within our standard 3–12 hour turnaround (often faster). With unlimited free edits, you can suggest adjustments until you’re completely happy. Nothing is ever finalized until you approve it.

Step 5: Final Delivery

Once approved, we finalize and email your high-resolution JPEG file directly to you. It’s ready for sharing on social media, printing at home or through online services, or turning into custom gifts like mugs, pillows, and canvases, fast, secure, and with no waiting for post.
