Can I request changes after preview?
Yes — unlimited edits are included before printing.
Do you offer gift wrap?
We don’t currently offer gift wrap, but all photos are sent in a hard-backed envelope and in a waterproof protective sleeve to keep them safe and secure.
What if my photo is low quality?
We can try and enhance poor quality images, but for the best results please upload clear, good-quality photos. If an image isn’t suitable, we’ll let you know before we begin.
Is delivery included?
Yes — Free Tracked 48hr UK delivery is included with every order, you’ll receive tracker updates via email and text, so you can follow its journey to your door.
Can I include pets?
Absolutely — pets are part of the family!
